In April, we will send e-invoice proposals to the customers of OP and Nordea

In April 2026, we will have a campaign promoting electronic invoices and send automated e-invoice proposals to our customers. The proposals will be visible in your mobile or online bank, and by accepting the proposal, you will receive our invoices directly as an e-invoice in the future. Please note that if you are both a waste and water customer, you will receive a separate e-invoice proposal for each invoice.

The e-invoice proposals only work for customers of OP and Nordea. If you are a customer of another bank or cannot find an e-invoice proposal in your online bank, you can place an e-invoice order in your own mobile or online bank.

E-invoices are environmentally friendly and a quick and easy way to pay invoices. You will receive a notification of a new invoice directly to your online bank. You can conveniently approve the payment with one click or select automatic payment, in which case the bank will debit incoming e-invoices to your account on the due date.
