You can offer or try to sell doors and windows with frames that are in good condition.

Doors are sorted at the Sortti Station according to the material:

• Interior doors, wooden doors: Pallet for impregnated wood. Small metal parts, such as hinges and handles, do not need to be removed.
• Door with a small (up to A4 size) window: Large pallet for mixed waste.
• Door with a large window, glass door, mirror door: Pallet for non-combustible waste.

Old fire doors may contain asbestos. Asbestos is only accepted by the Ämmässuo eco-industrial centre. Its acceptance is subject to a charge. Please see the instructions: asbestos.
