What to do when you want to pay in advance

Log in to esortti.hsy.fi and select whether you are a household customer or delivering waste for a company. Household customers can use the service without identification; corporate customers must identify themselves either with a Sortti Card or by using the Suomi.fi identification. Then select which station you want to visit.

Select the waste you are delivering and pay for it online if any of the waste is subject to a charge. For identified customers, the payment options are online payment or invoice. eSortti also provides advice on sorting the waste onto the correct skips. Please note that you can only pay for one visit at a time.

After payment, you will receive a receipt and QR code in your email/phone.

When you arrive at the station, select the lane for eSortti as you enter.

Display the code you received at the authentication terminal at the boom and you will be admitted directly to the station to sort your waste onto the correct skips.
