Suomi.fi services at HSY

Use our online services reliably with Suomi.fi identification.

We have introduced Suomi.fi identification in HSY’s online services. Suomi.fi e-Authorisations of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency provides private and corporate customers with strong identification and the opportunity to act on behalf of a housing company, community, or business. Read more detailed information about Suomi.fi identification on the website of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, which you can access from the link section.

Private customers

Always use a personal identifier, such as banking codes or mobile certificate, to identify yourself in the online services. The introduction of the identification service requires no action from you.

Waste Management e-service’s private customers can also authorise someone else to act on their behalf. This can be done in the Suomi.fi service.

Acting on behalf of a company

Persons who have the right to act on behalf of another (e.g. the owner of the property management agency or the chairman of the housing company), registered in the Finnish Trade Register, the Business Information System or the Finnish Register of Associations, may act on behalf of a housing company, organisation or company. The e-Authorisations service checks in real time whether the authorisations to use online services are valid.

The representative of the above-mentioned parties can also give authorisations to use the services on behalf of another for other persons.
