You can now receive HSY’s invoices as digital mail in Kivra
We have introduced the digital mail service of Kivra for sending invoices electronically to our customers. The opportunity to also receive HSY’s invoices in OmaPosti will be introduced soon.
Kivra is a free service for the user. You can use the service through the mobile app or on a computer. Kivra will be introduced as a new channel alongside our existing electronic channels. This means that you will be able to receive your water and waste invoices as an e-invoice directly to your online bank instead of through a separate service in the future as well.
If you want to start using Kivra, proceed as follows
- Download the Kivra app to your phone from the app store or visit kivra.fi/nf-en/
- Register for the service using either your online banking credentials or mobile certificate.
- Done! You will now automatically receive invoices as digital mail in Kivra.
The service reminds you of the arrival of a new invoice, as well as of upcoming due dates and whether they may be exceeded. If you start using Kivra, you will receive payment reminders in addition to invoices in the service.
