Donate or sell pots and pans that are still usable.
Items that are no longer usable can be recycled as scrap metal. A plastic handle does not affect metal recycling.
Sort glass lids into mixed waste, not glass recycling!

Please note:

You can place a frying pan or saucepan in the property’s metal recycling container.
- Please do not place them in multi-compartment packaging collection, as the grids can get stuck in the collection vehicle’s machinery! Take pans to a Sortti Station or Sortti Collection Vehicle. Drop-off is free of charge.
The metal collection containers at Rinki eco-points are mainly intended for metal packaging. Their opening, with a diameter of about 20 cm, is not designed for pots or frying pans. If the pan does not fit through the opening, take it to a Sortti Station or Sortti Collection Vehicle (free of charge).
