MyHSY service

In the MyHSY service, you can manage your matters with HSY online. You can view your customer information and manage your services when it suits you. The use of MyHSY requires strong authentication.

You can log in to MyHSY:

  • As a private customer by using your online banking credentials or a mobile/citizen certificate
  • As a corporate customer or housing company with a Suomi.fi authorisation

What can you do in MyHSY?

  • Update your contact information – invoices and announcements will be sent to the correct address.
  • View your water and waste invoices – all invoices in one place, with easy access to payment details and copies.
  • Check the collection frequencies of waste containers – you can also view the upcoming collections.
  • Submit water meter readings
  • Monitor your water consumption – a graphical view of the water consumption of your property.

Through MyHSY, you can also go to the Suomi.fi service, where you can request or grant an authorisation to another person or organisation to handle matters with HSY.
