The new MyHSY service makes managing your matters easier

HSY has introduced the new MyHSY service channel for individual customers. MyHSY brings together all matters related to water and waste management in one convenient location. The service is currently in its beta phase, meaning we are actively developing it and warmly welcome feedback and improvement ideas to enhance the platform.
In its first phase, the service is available only to individual customers with contracts with HSY. The service will be expanded to housing companies, property managers, and businesses during 2025.
With MyHSY, managing your water and waste matters becomes seamless through one unified platform, accessible anytime and anywhere. You can find the MyHSY service at the top right corner of the HSY.fi/en website or by visiting HSY.fi/en/myhsy. Log in using online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. Authorized representatives can also access the service via Suomi.fi e-Authorization.
MyHSY reduces waiting times and streamlines customer interactions
The digital service channel not only shortens waiting times and speeds up transactions but also makes it easier to find the services you need. The platform is available in three languages: Finnish, Swedish, and English.
Through MyHSY, you can view your water and waste invoices, access information about your water agreement and waste service orders, check upcoming waste bin emptying schedules, submit water meter readings, monitor your property’s water consumption, communicate with HSY via messages or application forms and update your contact information.
Our goal is to simplify, accelerate, and streamline interactions with HSY, focusing on digital service channels without neglecting personal service.

First version of the new service released
The first version of the service is now live. In the next phase, we will expand its use to housing companies, property managers, and businesses by 2025. Over time, we will integrate even more digital service channels into MyHSY, making interactions even smoother.
