Changes to HSY’s customer service related to invoices and the payment of invoices as of 1 September 2025

We have transferred our processing of water and service fees and the related customer service to Ropo Suomi Oy. At the same time, there have been minor changes to the payment of invoices.

When you pay your invoice by the due date, using the information on the invoice and, if necessary, contact us via the channels stated in the invoice, you don't need to worry about anything else.

Please note the following when you receive an invoice from us dated 1 September 2025 or later:

1. Changes in customer service

As of 1 September 2025, customer service related to the payment of water and waste invoices will be handled by Ropo. Ropo will handle matters related to payment plans and changes to the due date, for example. HSY’s customer service will continue to help with all questions related to agreements and the content of invoices.

If you need to contact us in matters related to your invoice, please check the contact information on the invoice.

2. Our account numbers will change  

As of September 2025, waste and water invoices will be paid to our new accounts.

When paying the invoice, check that you are making the payment to the correct account number. If you have created a payment template for your online bank, you must update the payment template to match the information on the new invoice.

There is no need to change a private customer’s e-invoice agreement or direct payment agreement or a company’s e-invoice.

3. The appearance and reference numbers of invoices will change

The appearance of the invoices will change slightly. You will continue to find the HSY logo and the information you need to pay the invoice on the invoice, but the traditional bank transfer section will be removed. Below is a sample image of our new invoice.

Every invoice now has its own reference number. Going forward, your payments will be targeted at the invoice you are about to pay. The previous practice of targeting payments primarily at the oldest open invoice will end.

Please also note that, as our private customer, you can always find your invoices conveniently in the MyHSY service.
