Advance notice: Changes to HSY’s customer service related to invoices as of 1 September 2025

We will be transferring our processing of water and service fees and the related customer service to Ropo Suomi Oy. The transfer will take place gradually, starting from September 2025.
How will the changes be noticeable to our customers?
- Our account numbers will change in September. The account number change does not require any action from private customers, unless they use a saved payment template for HSY’s invoices.
- As of September, invoice reference numbers will be invoice-specific.
- The appearance of the invoice will be slightly different as of September. For example, we will remove the traditional bank transfer section.
- As of September, customer service related to the payment of water and waste invoices will be handled by Ropo. HSY’s customer service will continue to help with all questions related to agreements and the content of invoices.
We will provide more detailed information about the changes in August 2025.
Please note that, as our private customer, you can always find your invoices conveniently in the MyHSY service.
