Connection and work order portal
In the online connection and work order service of HSY Water Services, you can take care of matters related to property connections and work orders.
Work order and connection portal,
In the connection portal, you can
- order a connection point statement;
- submit the property’s water and sewer plans; and
- order connection work.
The connection portal can also be used to order the following work:
- closing or opening of water pipe
- plugging of water pipe, sewer or sprinkler
- replacement of lot lines
- transfer of water meter
- removal of water meter
- replacement of water meter valves
- replacement of water meter with impulse meter
- installation or removal of seasonal water meter
If you are using the connection portal for the first time, you will need to register as a user. The registration requires an email address.
