The connection fee is divided into connection fees of water, wastewater and storm water networks.
The connection fees of single-family homes (500 floor square meters or below) in residential use have been staggered floor area -wise on the basis of used services (water, wastewater and storm water).
The connection fees of buildings larger than this and non-residential properties will be calculated by applying the formula presented in the water services’ rates.
You can also calculate your own connection fee with the connection fee calculator (regardless of whether you live in a single-family home or not).
We charge an additional connection fee for additional construction, if the floor area of the real estate, as defined in the planning permission, grows by at least ten percent. In regard to single-family homes in residential use, charging the fee also requires that the real estate in question moves up to the next payment rate class. The additional connection fee is also charged, if the property’s purpose of use changes in a manner that increases the connection fee.
The customer is obligated to notify us about this change in the property’s purpose of use or a part of it at least one month before the premises are taken into use or the change is carried out.
In addition to the connection fee, we also charge service fees for the connection and installation works implemented for the customer.
